Estimates for boiler and bathroom installations are free of charge. Company rates exclude materials and are subject to VAT. We charge a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs. Thereafter our work is charged at half hour increments, exlcuding commercial work.
Standard Rates:
Monday to Friday (8am – 6pm): £75.00 per hour + VAT, minimum of one hour, then 30 minute charges of £37.50 plus VAT after the first hour.
After 6pm & on Saturdays: £100.00 per hour + VAT, minimum of one hour, then 30 minute charges of £50.00 plus VAT after the first hour.
Drainage & Jetting:
Mondays to Fridays (8am – 6pm)
Jetting & Mechanical Equipment £120.00 plus VAT per hour
Blockages £85.00 plus VAT per hour
After 6pm & Saturdays:
Jetting & Mechanical Equipment £150.00 plus VAT per hour
Blockages £110.00 plus VAT per hour
Commercial Services:
Hourly rate: 8am ‐ 6pm £110.00 plus VAT (Monday to Friday)
CP42 Gas Safety Check : Call office for prices, depending on how many appliances.
Commercial boiler service upto 125kw: £205.00 Plus VAT
125kw-250kw: £315.00 Plus VAT.

Boiler Services

Monday to Friday (8am – 6pm)
Boiler only £70.00 Plus VAT

Materials supplied by East London Plumbers will be charged at trade price.
Material Collection time for non stock items will be kept to a minimum – any charge will be agreed with the customer in advance and will not exceed £80+vat.
The Invoice presented will clearly show a full description of work carried out – time started/time finished, and a full breakdown of Labour and Materials.
Payment must be made in full on completion of any work carried out by credit card, BACS payment or cash.
We do not charge for travelling, parking, or extra for call out.
